There's this country song by Tim McGraw and the lyrics in it are, "How bad do you want it?  How bad do you need it?  Are you eatting, sleeping, dreamin' with that one thing on your mind."   

I LOVE THE HOUSE HUNT!  It's a great process and with all the homes on the market, we have so many to choose from.  My question to you is, "How bad do you want it?"  For those who are motivated buyers, it's definitely time to buy because the good deals are going very fast. 

Regardless of what the media may say, homes that are priced accurately or even below market are coming off the market as fast as they went on the market.  Great news-especially for you as a buyer. 

The home the meets your needs or the one that fills your wants?

Which is why it is absolutely crucial to figure out what you truly need.  Actually, let me backtrack a moment.  First step is to be prequalified with a lender (this will be discussed in another upcoming blog), so that we can find you the home that not only fits your needs but is a home that fits your budget as well.

So... NEEDS SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST, but don't be afraid to dream either.  The WANT LIST is just as important and the "perfect" home may be right around the corner.  When we search for a home, we may leave the search broad but if I know what you consider to be the "perfect" home, I'm usually able to find something that comes quite close to those specifications.  It's the greatest feeling when I know that I have found "THE HOME" for you.  Let me help you in the home searching process.  We'll have a great time and find the home that's right for you.

FUN!!! House Buying Can Be FUN???
